Ford Fusion Hybrid to Improve Fuel Economy in 2013

With an estimated 41 mpg city driving, the 2012 Ford Fusion isn't slacking when it comes to fuel economy. Ford is, however, planning to push the limits for the 2013 model year.

Specifically, the Blue Oval is planning a 15 percent jump in fuel economy, hitting 47 or 48 mpg city driving. Forty-seven or 48 mpg...it doesn't really matter. Either, way the new 2013 Ford Fusion is certain to overshadow its competitors…
